To cancel an order please reach out to us via email at amberandjeanny@gmail.com or by phone at (315) 542-3704 within 48 hours of your purchase. For retail purchases, if we reach your notification before your item ships we will issue a full refund. Otherwise we will ask that you return the item at your cost before a refund is given. (Return policy applies in this situation)
Made to Order/ Custom / Design your Own purchases can be cancelled within 12 hours of website payment and 4 hours of email invoicing, after-which they are non-refundable. We reserve the right to make exception to this under certain circumstances.
Made to Order, Custom, and Design Your Own
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
