Shipping policy

We currently ship to the USA and Internationally. If you have any questions or requests please contact use at amberandjeanny@gmail.com

Retail items ship within 3 business days. Made to Order and Design Your Own items will ship upon completion (see product or associated pages for estimated times).

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your items ships. If you do NOT receive your package within 2 weeks of this email please notify us immediately at sewingbyamber@gmail.com. This allows us the proper time window to have the shipper locate your package. If you have not notified us of the package not being received within 1 month of the tracking number email being sent we reserve the right to charge for replacement.
